About X CONNECT
X CONNECT is the official digital guest experience for Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas and Bayview. It provides resort information, navigation, shuttle guidance and optional guest assistance services.
Information you choose to provide
X CONNECT does not require an account or login. You may voluntarily provide a room, suite or villa number, an assistance request, feedback, or a photo when using guest-service features. Accommodation information entered during onboarding is saved only on your device unless you intentionally include it in a request to the hotel team.
Location information
With your permission, X CONNECT may use your device location for resort navigation and may share your current location with the hotel team when you explicitly request assistance. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. X CONNECT does not use location information for advertising or tracking.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide requested app functionality, including navigation, shuttle information, guest assistance and service feedback. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Storage and retention
X CONNECT is not designed to permanently store precise location data. Information voluntarily submitted to the hotel team is retained only as necessary to fulfil the request, maintain service quality, meet legal obligations or resolve operational issues. Device-only preferences can be removed by clearing website data or deleting the app.
Service providers and security
Technical service providers may process limited information solely to operate, secure and deliver X CONNECT. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Children and international guests
X CONNECT is a general resort guest-service application and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal data. The service may be accessed by international guests, and information may be processed in the country where the resort and its service providers operate.
Your choices and rights
You may deny location or photo access and continue using the features that do not require those permissions. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with a guest-service request, contact us using the address below.
